The customer already has an existing production of insulation from extruded polystyrene foam and wants to reduce the cost of finished products, increase the efficiency of the production process, and make the process more environmentally friendly.

Our company specialists will analyze current production and make recommendations for modernization and replacement of parts of production line, with changes in production technology, as well with return on investment calculations and percentage increase economic efficiency
(with the signing of guarantees for the result).

The customer wants to open a business for the production of XPS insulation.

prepare a project for protection before investors, funds or banks.

At the next stage, when choosing a supplier, we will help make a choice of the optimal supplier in terms of

Selection and supply of equipment, warranty and post-warranty service. Our company is a partner of several equipment manufacturers (equipment for the production of insulation from extruded polystyrene foam, equipment for granulation and production of masterbatches, equipment for recycling plastic waste with subsequent use in the production cycle). Our company also has a number of its own developments and a production site for the manufacture of additional equipment for XPS production lines.
